“You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face . . . you must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
— Eleanor Roosevelt
Fear isn’t something to overcome, ignore, hold onto, or tough out. It is a feeling, and, like all feelings, you acknowledge it. You work through it. You thank it for what you’ve learned and what you’ve gained. And then you let it go, knowing that the feeling will come and go when you need it.
Feel the fear and do it anyway. And make it a great week.
