I’m back! The days seemed to fly by and yet the time for my family visit was just enough. Now, I’m recovering from jet lag and getting back into the swing of things. I’ve learned from past experience that I need at least three days to transition back from travel and ease into my daily routines. Allowing time to transition does a lot of good for my mental, emotional, and physical health—well, that and a massage.
